Returns the destinations owned by the UPA. Filter by type (crypto_wallet, bank_account, payment_rail_identifier) or status, and page with limit (up to 100) and cursor. Each linked wallet appears as a crypto_wallet destination. Only crypto wallets can receive settlement today: bank and rail-identifier destinations are listed with capabilities.settlementSupported: false. Paying a US linked bank is a send Payment, not a settlement preference; see Off-ramps. Pass the ID of a destination with capabilities.settlementSupported: true to Set an account’s settlement preference. See Settlement destinations.
